Breakfast was good. First day lack of plates and cutlery but as soon as we asked a member of staff, they went to get them. We arrived down for 9am and the cereals bowls were empty but again as soon as we asked they did refill. The room was in a good location.

First and foremost, the staff! I was made to feel exceptionally welcome. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a nice view, and there was a friendly atmosphere throughout

Great, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice, just not enough staff to keep it stocked up and the restaurant tidy, but the staff did their best.

Easy walk from Cardiff central station and within walking distance of Cardiff bay. Close to a small local shop. Lovely view over East dock lake. Good size comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and towels. I was able to order pizza at the bar to take up to my room late at night. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was included.

Nice situation near open water. It was efficient and professional. Good range of breakfast options. Quite close to station and opera. Clean and bright, modern and new. Good door entry card, easy to use.

Parking facility was good. Breakfast not excellent but was good enough. Staff was very kind and helpful. They have a good bar with reasonable prices.
